A great planner, such as Cynthia and the Sueños team, is worth every single penny. Cynthia and her team/family were the most professional, caring, detail orientated and friendly people we could have ever found. I simply cannot thank Cynthia enough in a single review for all her hard work and how perfect she made our wedding. From the time leading up, answering all of our thousands of questions, calming us down when it got too much and taking matters into her own hands when needed, Cynthia was nothing short of perfect. I'd also like to thank Cynthia for going over and beyond, because although we were not her only client (obviously), it always felt like we were priority and never did it feel like we were ignored or put aside. It also never felt uncomfortable to speak to Cynthia, as from the first day we met, she naturally became a friend, and someone we felt like we had known for years. “Hiring Cynthia and the Sueños team for month-of-coordination was the best decision we made for our wedding on May 22, 2022. From our very first meeting, I felt at ease knowing that we were in good hands. She is incredibly experienced, professional and organized. As a perfectionist, Type A bride, I was worried that my constant readjustments to the wedding details and timeline would be too much to ask for. However, Cynthia always responded back right away, provided her expertise and made the changes immediately. Our wedding day was perfect and everything went smooth. If there were even an issues at all - my husband and I didn't know about it! Cynthia made sure that every single vendor knew where they were supposed to be. Her team set up and took down our decor perfectly. She even saved hor dourves for us during cocktail hour and brought them to the bridal suite without ask asking. So many of our guests came up to us and said they appreciate that the ceremony started on time, and that it was the most organized wedding that they had ever been to! We chose Sueños by Cynthia to help coordinate our wedding with the month of planning and day of coordination package and I can truthfully say she was one of the best vendors we chose! Every detail for the day of our wedding was perfectly thought through and executed exactly how we envisioned. Cynthia remembered everything, caring from the very beginning of our morning all the way until after the dancing started! Her team helped with everything from reception set up/ church set up and even little details like sewing our best mans button back on his jacket during cocktail hour! She came fully prepared and we cannot imagine not of having the team with us that day. I cannot recommend Cynthia and her team more if you are looking for a picture perfect, seamless Wedding Day!”

“Honestly, it feels like it is we that should be reviewed by Cynthia! No matter how inflexible, demanding, or "panicked" we were, Cynthia met us with even greater flexibility, delivery, and overall voice of calm and control. From 1 year out from the wedding, we were greeted with a wonderful basket of tasteful cookies, scented candles, and a great bottle of Moscato - all of which were thoroughly enjoyed. 6 months out, Cynthia was going above and beyond by not only were we crafting cards with beautiful Arabic calligraphy that impressed the relatives, but also negotiating some of the toughest contracts with our vendors to make sure it was COVID-resilient. 1 month out, every single detail of the day was planned down to the minute (down to what lunch the groomsmen and bridesmaids will be eating while getting ready). 1 day out, we were at risk of another shutdown, but it didn't matter - thanks to Cynthia's superb vendor qualification and negotiations, we had a team that came together well, and delivered on a day that was more beautiful than we could have ever expected. We only wish we could have had more people see the beauty of what came together - and Cynthia's team was the common thread to it all. If you are thinking of hiring a wedding planner, think no further, book Cynthia, and relax! You will not be disappointed.”

“Beyond her pure talent for planning and organizing events, Cynthia is absolutely the most beautiful human inside and out. She has a huge heart and truly has your best interest in mind. We loved laughing with her and we will really miss our Google Meet planning sessions, which not many couples can say about their vendors! We received so many compliments after our rehearsal dinner and the night of the wedding about Cynthia’s bubbly demeanor, organization and her superpower to be in multiple places at once. She is approachable and extremely friendly which made it easy for our family and bridal party to reach out to her. She sincerely radiates joy! It was especially important to us that she is Latina because she was able to speak Spanish to family members which made for an even more intimate experience.
Not only her but her entire team shines so bright. Her sister-in-law, Heyling, joined us on our wedding day and complemented our plans beautifully. She helped with setting up and ensuring the ceremony ran smoothly alongside Cynthia. Cynthia’s parents, Karen and Oscar, also provided support the day of our wedding and I am sure throughout as well. We seriously are indebted to them for how much effort and love they put into our day. The Sueños Team is worth every penny and more; we could not imagine our plans without them! Don’t waste anymore time searching, Sueños is true to its name - they make your dreams a reality!”

I cannot rave about Cynthia and her team at Sueños Wedding & Events enough. From the moment we met for an initial chat, Cynthia made me feel so comfortable, calm, and almost as if I was leaving our wedding with a best friend who understood us. She took time to understand our vision and helped with any last minute details leading up to the day of.
Cynthia's family (who also works for the business) took as much care on the day of, as Cynthia did leading up to it. Every detail was thought about, cared about, and executed. When something inevitably went wrong, Cynthia and her team took care of it quickly and quietly, only alerting us when and if we needed to be. They even took some behind the scenes photos and videos of the day, these ended up being my favourite and most cherished moments.
One of the greatest compliments I received was how smooth the whole day ran. I believe this is directly connected to the AMAZING timeline that Cynthia came organized for the day. It helped keep me, my husband, and our bridal party calm, cool, and collected.
Both my husband and I are so grateful for Cynthia and the Sueños Wedding & Events team. They allowed us to stay in the moment during our wedding and make it memorable for us.
